Self-Referral

You don’t need a referral to begin—simply reach out directly to book sessions as a private client.

NDIS (Improved Daily Living / Capacity Building funding)

Therapy can be funded through your NDIS plan if you’re Plan Managed under Capacity Building supports, helping you build skills, resilience, and independence.

Victims Services Scheme
NSW

As Registered Victims Services Counsellors, we provide free counselling for individuals approved through the NSW Victims Services scheme.

GP or Allied Health
Referrals

We also accept referrals from GPs, psychiatrists, or other allied health professionals as part of your broader care team.
